1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the wwwvip website accessible at wwwvip.bet, including all pages, services, and features available therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon successful completion of the wwwvip registration process.
• "Player" means any individual who has successfully created and maintains an Account on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held on behalf of a Player within their Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive offered by wwwvip to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which wwwvip confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any conduct expressly prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and use of automated systems.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within each Player's account settings.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of wwwvip, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or infrastructure outages.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the wwwvip Platform, accessing any feature of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have read and agree to the wwwvip Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You have read and agree to the wwwvip Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of your knowledge;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

These Terms are effective from the date of your Account registration and remain in full force until your Account is closed, whether by you or by wwwvip. Certain clauses — including those relating to outstanding financial obligations, intellectual property, and limitation of liability — survive Account closure.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To be eligible to create and maintain an Account on the wwwvip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wwwvip strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age verification documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — may be requested at any time and must be provided within the timeframe specified in the request.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts, including those registered under alternative names, email addresses, or mobile numbers belonging to the same individual, are prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with wwwvip or any self-exclusion register to which wwwvip is affiliated.
• Accurate information: All registration details — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address — must be accurate and current. You are obligated to update your details promptly if they change.

wwwvip reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and is not required to provide a reason for doing so. Registration of an Account does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) generated for your Account. Specifically:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must ensure that you log out of your Account fully on any shared or public device.
• You must notify wwwvip support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
• You are financially responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

wwwvip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Where a security breach is reported promptly and confirmed, wwwvip will take reasonable steps to secure the Account and investigate the circumstances. Account transactions completed prior to the security report being received may not be reversible.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your wwwvip Wallet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank online banking, and 1LINK. Method availability may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa credit to your Wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits credit within one hour of successful clearance by the sending bank. wwwvip does not impose any transaction fees on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the cashier at the time of depositing.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your name and verified by wwwvip as part of the KYC process. wwwvip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 20 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two to six hours subject to receiving bank processing schedules. wwwvip does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies; the current threshold is displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a review period if they trigger automated risk monitoring thresholds.
• wwwvip reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, irrespective of whether documentation was previously provided.
• Where a withdrawal is requested from a Wallet that contains a combination of deposited funds and bonus funds, wwwvip will apply the wagering requirement calculation prior to release.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

wwwvip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific conditions stated at the point of the offer:

• Eligibility: Each bonus is available only to Players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of claiming. wwwvip reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting or honouring any bonus.
• One claim per household/device: Unless stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per Player, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts is a Prohibited Activity.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn. Deposited funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal terms.
• Game eligibility: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally — or at all — towards meeting wagering requirements. The eligible games list and contribution percentages are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after the stated period. Expired bonuses and any unmet wagering balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Minimum odds: Bonuses applied to sports bets are subject to minimum odds per qualifying bet as stated in the specific offer terms. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal before wagering complete: If you request a withdrawal before fully meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings attributable to those bonus funds will be forfeited. Your deposited balance remains withdrawable.

wwwvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is modified after it has been claimed but before wagering requirements are met, the terms applicable to you will be the terms that were in effect at the time you claimed the bonus.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through the wwwvip Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted subject to the available markets and odds at the time the bet is placed. wwwvip reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.
• Bets placed after the commencement of the relevant event — in the case of pre-match markets — will be void and stakes returned, unless the bet was demonstrably matched before event commencement based on wwwvip's timestamped records.
• In-play bets are accepted at wwwvip's discretion. In-play odds may be suspended at any point during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (manifestly incorrect price), wwwvip reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of the settlement outcome of the underlying event.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of the scheduled play, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as published in the betting rules section of the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed in the cashier and on relevant market pages.
• wwwvip reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual Players, individual markets, or individual events at its sole discretion.

Pakistan Super League (PSL) betting markets, international cricket, and all other cricket competitions are among the most popular markets on the wwwvip Platform. These markets are subject to all of the general rules above. Special markets — such as session betting, over-by-over scoring, and individual player performance — are additionally subject to the specific rules published for those market types.

8 Casino and Game Rules

The wwwvip Casino section provides access to live dealer games, slot titles, and other casino-style games supplied by third-party licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The following rules apply to all casino game activity:

9 Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any Prohibited Activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, permanent account closure, and in appropriate cases, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud wwwvip or other Players, including but not limited to providing false registration information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including opening multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, coordinated bonus abuse with other Players, or any strategy designed to achieve a guaranteed profit from bonus funds.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic use of wwwvip markets in conjunction with external platforms to create risk-free or low-risk positions at the expense of wwwvip's commercial interests.
• Automated activity: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to access, browse, or place bets on the Platform.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on information obtained through involvement in match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of dishonest conduct in relation to a sporting event.
• Collusion: Colluding with other Players in live casino game settings to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder the proceeds of criminal activity. wwwvip is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under international anti-money laundering obligations.
• Circumventing self-exclusion: Attempting to create a new Account after placing a self-exclusion order, or any other attempt to access the Platform in violation of self-exclusion restrictions.

10 Responsible Gaming

Any attempt to create a new Account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

11 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the intellectual property of the Platform or its licensors.

You may access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written permission from wwwvip;
• Using the wwwvip name, logo, or brand in any manner that could imply an endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Using data scraped or extracted from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

wwwvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and personalise your platform experience.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wwwvip's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made to your Wallet in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wwwvip shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages;
• Losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions affecting your access to the Platform;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events;
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits wwwvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments to Terms

wwwvip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you may close your Account prior to the effective date. Account closure requests received before the effective date will not be subject to the amended Terms in relation to any pre-existing activity.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wwwvip holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through wwwvip's internal dispute resolution procedure in the first instance.
